Right out of the box these hiking shoes feel great and form to your feet in ten steps! Just another amazing product from @llbean that get better as they keep improving them! The fit and sizing has been the same as long as I’ve been wearing them.

Grand Canyon Group Tour; 250 Anniversary
Both sides of Grand Canyon including some trail hiking.Waterproof also an advantage on river trails in SW Wisconsin (where e-bikes are not allowed/ in other words also very steep etc.

Hiking shoes
I have worn these hiking shoes at least 10 times in the last three weeks. I have been very pleasantly pleased each of my hikes have been 4-6 miles each time. No hot spots no red toes or heals very comfortable ! For my feet these are the best I've ever had.

Trail Model X Low Waterproof Hiker Men's
Great hiking shoe at a fair price. Fits well and does the job when out on the trails. Replaced a pair of Keene hiking shoes that fell apart fairly quickly and before much use. Before the Keene shoe I had similar LL Bean hiking shoes but bought the Keene shoe as they were really marked down in price. As for the Model X Low Waterproof Hiker the only issue is this waterproof model can be warm on hot days. For this reason I may decide to purchase the same shoe but without waterproofing to wear on hot summer days.

Gonna take time to break these in...
Good build quality but LL Bean's interpretation of a size 10 is tight on the width. It's the risk of ordering clothes online, especially shoes.

Good waterproof hikers
These replaced my old waterproof Trail Model 4s. A little clunkier-looking, but more comfortable and great traction.
