snug isn't the proper word
I received this shoe and could not wait to try them on. It took me 30 minutes to get them on, there is a sort of collar on the opening (I don't know what to call it), it is so so so so so so tight, I finally cut it out! Now the show fits perfectly. WHY WHY add such a stupid design for a shoe. I don't recommend them, they are gorgeous I love them EXCEPT THE COLLAR, stupid stupid design.

Disappointed in shoe quality
Shoe was very skimpy…hard to get my foot in as I have a high arch. Tag in back too small to pull the shoe on.

I guess there was a reason they were on clearance. They're really tight around the ankle and I was just maybe so excited to get them. (The laces are just decorative.) I might wear them a couple of times and see if the ankle stretches out.

Horrible Fabric
I had difficulty putting my foot into this sneaker. The strings do not untie. After getting the sneaker on, I did not like the relaxed support. The fabric was too sloppy and did not feel that get. I have not worn them.
