These shoes are uncomfortable I am a wide bought the wide and am returning the wide total bummer I thoughtbll beam had gold shoes my feet are killing me.

Excellent value for the money
Good support with the right amount of cushion. Fit is true, which has always been a challenge for my wide but relatively short feet. I ordered the 8.5 wide, which is truly how my foot measures, and the fit was excellent. After >50 miles, even in rainy weather, the shoe is holding up nicely.

Comfort & stability
At 85 yrs old walking is my primary & preferred exercise. My usual rout is a 4 miler on a hard packed (surface) trail. These walkers are very comfortable over the distance, and, importantly, provide stable foot & ankle support.

Comfortable, front of feet oddly off ground
I owned the two previous editions of this shoe which were very comfortable, but proved to wear excessively when worn for pickleball. I purchased this pair for general wear and found them comfortable. However, I found that the front part of my feet didn't rest on the ground when I tried them on. I have exchanged these shoes for a different brand

Good walking shoes but a bit narrow
I walk a couple of miles a day on sidewalks in Houston. These shoes are cool, look nice, and the soles have held up well on the concrete. However, although I bought 12 Wides, they're not as wide as other LL Bean shoes I have. Loosening the laces toward the front of the shoes helps so I'll keep the shoes.

Great shoes/great price/
They are the only wide walking shoes I’ve found that I can afford and like. The sales materials say they are wide and they are. Not all “wide” shoes are truly wide and fit my feet.
