Not proportioned correctly
This are the second style that I bought for my husband, and they had the same problem – the waist is too tight and proportion to the rest of the jeans. The fabric is rough and heavy as well.

Material quality
I have bought these jeans several times over the years. Last year I purchased a pair that were the softest feeling right on arrival, even before I washed them. I was extremely pleased with them. I recently ordered 2 more pair, but on arrival right out of the package, they were quite coarse and very irritating to my skin. I am washing them now, hoping that it softens them, but I wonder why the quality of the material seems to have changed over the past year.

Jeans great but pocket too tight.
I've always liked LL Bean jeans and I order online since your sizes are always consistent. There is ONE problem I have however: The pocket opening are too tight!! It's very difficult to put in my hand while holding my (LL Bean) wallet. PLEASE consider having an option for "relaxed comfort pockets" whose opening is elastic so it can stretch easily for access.

Very poorly made
We returned these jeans and did not keep them. They were marked 30" length but were at least 6" longer. Also they were very short waisted. I couldn't get them up to my belt. Very poorly made. I've had other pairs of this Jean that I like very much. Am wearing on of them.

Great colors and styles
Wonderful shades of colors in a comfortable denim fabric. The fit of the relaxed style fits great athletic legs and the fabric has enough softness and stretch to wear with casual or a dressier shirt. This review is for for khaki denim.
