Not what it was
The shirt is okay. But the fit of the collar into the body has changed. It is now more difficult to get the proper "roll". For casual wear and for those who have abandoned ties, it will do. I no longer consider it a dress shirt.

The shirt is fine. Unfortunately this is your replacement version of the good Oxford shirts I have been purchasing from you for the past 15 years. Please bring back the thicker blue Oxford shirts.
