Laundering. It did not disclose prior to purchase that warm water should be used. As a result the shirts require special handling/washing.
The fabric is extremely thin suggesting a very short life.
Overall, after being a customer for over 50 years I will most likely not shop with Bean in the future since it can in my mind no longer be trusted to deliver quality products

Very comfortable, great fit and they travel well
I have twelve of these plain shirts --- 5 white and 5 light blue plus one of each unwrapped in a drawer. I also have 6 checked shirts in different colors.

Many different neck and sleeve sizes available.
I was able to order both the neck and the sleeve size that I needed and it fit perfectly. I had tried multiple shirts from department stores and in order to get the sleeve length I needed. I had to get an ex size. It was overly large so it was great to be able to order these things specifically. I would definitely recommend a shirt.
