Long time customer, disappointed
Have been a long time LL Bean customer, loved the Double L chinos as I was a school teacher and appreciated the crisp, clean looks. Of course, now the fabric is different, not as finished, the zipper is shorter, no longer the French fly, just one button. And in this case, no longer able to order a 29 1/2" inseam. 29 is too short, 30 is too long. If the fit/finish of the pants was as it used to be, I'd just order 30" and have them altered. But now these pants look like the old pants when they are worn out, faded and fuzzed out finish. Guess I'm going to Land's End and hope for the best. So sad to lose LLBean as my source for clothing. And a side note, I did not select an activity because "Business" did not appear and "Casual or Every Day" is not the activity for which I use them.

Rapid wear in spots where I keep my wallet.
The flexibility, and adjustability of these pants is nice but short lived. Over 60 days of actual wear the fabric is already starting to look like shredded jeans in the pocket spots where I keep my phones.

I have worn these pants for many years, and except on the most formal occasions am unwilling to wear any other. The flexibility of their comfort waist is a blessing to those who like me have difficulty in controlling their weight.

Durable attractive and comfortable pants!
Comfortable and a perfect fit These pants run long so I bought a 29 instead of m usual 30. The first order of 38-30 was far too long and had a defective comfort strap, but the exchange order was perfect. LL Bean made it easy!

My husband was pleased with his new pants. The fit was comfortable, the cut nice and the length great! His only comment was that he didn't find the slant pockets attractive.
