Disappointed
I purchased this item in Fair Aqua. For what seems like years, I have hopefully, yet unsuccessfully, kept checking Bean's tees for colors that will work for me in a flattering fit/cut. (I've purchased many things from Bean's for decades.) I am not a young, slim woman, but instead elderly with a bit of a belly, and I need to have clear, bright colors to keep from looking sickly. It has been a LONG time since I have been able to find anything that Bean offers that will do the trick, but when I saw this item, the color looked bright enough and I love ¾ sleeves. When it arrived and I tried it on, I was saddened to see that the color may have looked bright on the website and in the catalog, but that was just in comparison to their other drab colors. (It looks like it is covered in a layer of dust.) Also, although the size was right, the fit was not. There is too much material at the armpits and not enough around my hips/belly region. Also, it was a bit too long to be flattering. Changing to a different size would not help. Boo Hoo! The fabric was nice, though. I still have old T-shirts that are flattering, but they are getting worn, so I need some new ones, which I obviously won't be getting here—until they improve the fit/cut and colors. Meanwhile, I did return this item, and am grateful they are so good at refunding my money when things don't work out.

Looked great at first
I bought this 3/4 sleeve cotton shirt a month ago, it fit perfectly. Since then, I have washed it a few times. I was careful not to over dry it. Despite proper washing, it shrunk so bad that I can't wear it. The shirt is now shorter in length 2-3 inches, unacceptable, I had to return it.
