Nice but not as warm as I thought it would be
I have a couple down coats that are probably eight years old, but the down feathers are coming out of the fabric. I thought this coat would be as warm as my other two coats but it is not. I woke up to 0° this morning and was hoping the coat would be plenty warm, but even with the heavy sweater under it, it’s still is not as warm as I thought it would be. It looks good, fits good, just not what I was expecting. I ordered a petite medium and the fit is perfect.

Not sure about this coat
Just bought this about a month ago. The fur is sewn on shoddy,I took it off. The fit is good. I find it very odd that there is no LL Bean logo anywhere on the coat. Everything in the store has their logo, so why not this? Makes me feel like it’s a fake. I was going to take it back, who knows I still might. I just feel that it’s not up to LL Bean quality.

I bought this coat last week and I love it. All of my other snow jackets are waist length and I wanted a longer jacket to keep me warmer and this does the job. My daughter has a horse and I needed something I could wear to the barn and not worry about getting dirty. I can wash this one easily. It has a two way zipper so I can unzip the bottom in the car to be more comfortable. I'm 5'7 and weigh 135. The medium fits me perfectly with plenty of room for a sweater. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Very nice coat. Warm, plenty of room to fit a heavy sweater under. Wish the exterior pockets were a little deeper, but the having zippers eliminates the concern that something may fall out. Also wish the interior pocket was a little bigger. Overall, it's a definite winner!

I love this coat!
I'm so happy with this coat. It fits perfectly (I chose 1 size up so that I could layer). It is very warm, even in these single digit temps. The sleeves are snug around the arm and wrist, but I can still get a sweater underneath with no problem bending at the elbow. The length is perfect and allows me to get in and out of the car without bunching up. The color is great. The hood is large and keeps the wind out. I was so due for a new winter coat, and have chosen wisely!
