I love the coat. It is warm and comfortable. What I don’t like is the fur around the collar. It’s cheap looking. i wear a medium but purchased this in a large for extra layering room. It works either way

quality is dead
LL Bean coats used to be a sure thing. This coat is not "ultrawarm," or even very warm (I should have taken the warning at heart that they recommend wearing a sweater underneath). And the pockets are worthless. My phone falls out. The buttons seem flimsy and I'm afraid they'll tear. The only upside is that it is roomy enough for a big sweater (I'm a size 12 and got a medium). I've been buying LL Bean coats for decades but this is probably the last one.

A pricy light weight wind breaker
I bought this for the wife. Looking for something warmer than her $50.00 coat. The coat, I guess looks nice. It is not warm. This is an overpriced ($220.00) wind breaker. Looking for a warm winter coat take a pass on this one.
