For nearly 90 years, we've been making our authentic Scotch Plaid flannel shirts the way we always have: better than everyone else's. Our exclusive flannel fabric is meticulously woven with longer-staple cotton, which means the individual cotton fibers are about one-quarter inch longer than short-staple fibers, making a huge difference in fabric strength and quality. Then, it's meticulously brushed eight times on each side and given a "touch test" by a master weaver to declare it soft enough.

Great Fall/Winter shirt
I own this shirt in almost every color it is available in because I like it so much. Very soft and comfortable. I easily get two to three years of hard use of them.

Excellent Purchase
My husband owns several of these Scotch Plaid Flannel Shirts. I personally like this particular color - it looks great on him. These shirts fit him well and wash really nice. Was able to purchase this particular color at a excellent price. Great quality, style, and material.

Extremely large for the size
This shirt is absurdly large. I have 4 other shirts that are the same size and item that fit fine, I’ve noticed over the last few years the most consistent thing about Llbean clothing is very inconsistent sizing. The shirt was a large traditional fit and the neck measured 18 inches, I was able to get a Trail Medel Vest underneath it and button it up, So quality control needs some attention. Returned.

So Soft and Cozy
I have been buying this shirt for years. The fabric changes from time to time but it can always be called flannel. This time it's very soft and cozy. I liked the new patterns and bought five thinking I wouldn't keep them all. I was wrong. I loved and kept them all.
