Material and size
I have purchased t shirts from ll bean for over 20 years. I called so I could ask about the material used to make the shirts. I asked if it was 100% cotton. I also stated I didn’t want a shirt with any stretch to it. I was assured it was cotton with no stretch. The shirts were 100%cotton with some kind of elasticity. A medium was huge. Bring back the original t shirts

Comfortable and consistent sizing
I have 8 of these great long sleeved tees in many colors. I’ve started buying them in regular, not petite because they are a bit longer and stay tucked into pants better. They will shrink a bit, mostly in the length and sleeves. I like these better than the pima cotton tees because they feel a bit warmer and more substantial. Colorfast after many washings.

Best Tees Ever
I wear Bean Tees everywhere. They are perfect under a blazer or cardi for work and with jeans for weekends. The oatmeal heather color is a great year-round. I wish it was available on some of the short sleeve tees.

The fit is true-to-size. I have long arms and torso, nice to have shirt fit as in description. Comfortable under a sweater. Rich, not pale tan in color.

My go to for work
I do interior painting. LLBean tees are a good weight and hold up year after year. I really like the heather colors as they show less paint splatters.

To say this top runs large is an understatement.
My wife has been buying a medium petite size in this type of LL Bean tee for several years. For Christmas, I ordered her two more colors, both in medium petite. I took them out of the package to wrap as gifts and they looked at least a size large, if not larger. I confirmed the medium petite size on the inside label, and then held them up against the other medium petite LLBean tees in her closet. They weren't even close to the same size. We've been LL Bean customers for 30 years - definitely disappointed. I'll be returning them.
