Quality is gone.
I used to love these jeans in the past but recent purchase the quality is gone. Sizing was off and fabric is of an inferior quality. These are now more like the $10 bargain jeans from the farm store than the premium quality at a fair price I had grown to expect from Bean.

Perfect Fit!
Buying Bean Jeans for years, enjoy that they always seem to fit well. Like that I don't have to second guess when purchasing whether the cut has changed. Over the years the denim seems to have gotten thinner, but overall same durability.

I have been wearing LL Bean Double L jeans for quite a few years now. They have become my favorite jeans, I know what to expect as far as wear, comfort and fit. The new pairs that I received seem to have a slightly different denim than before will report any differences in wear, comfort and fit.
