comfortable after some alteration
I purchased these slippers after reading various reviews. Quite pleased with them although I did have to retie the thong bow after unthreading it under the top of the slipper. That thong actually presses against the top of the foot and causes fairly severe discomfort. Unless you have flat feet this slipper is uncomfortable on the in-step.
Disappointing given the price.

Great slippers
These were purchased to replace a previous pair that had worn out after many years of daily wear. The quality and fit are consistent, and very comfortable.

Perfect fit

Bean double sole moccasins
I've wanted a pair of these since I was a boy. I'm now 73 and they are just as good as I had imagined. They are a product from LL Bean's past and I'm glad you still offer them. BTW I also wear them for the practice known as "earthing". I walk a mile or so in a local park, off the paths on the grass. In summer I do this barefoot and now in fall the mocs are a close second.

Bad shoe
The soles of the shoes started deteriorate within weeks of limited wear. Never buy again. Miss my Cole Hann's.

Close, but half a star short.
This is my second pair of these moccasins. I had the first for five years, wearing them daily-in the house only-from early October until the end of April, but finally wore through the sole of one. The cushion in the soles also began to give. Otherwise they were great. I give them 4 stars, not 5, because they come only in whole sizes, and while a 9 was too snug, the 10 is a tad loose. The fit is better when I am wearing socks with them, which I generally do in colder wealther. I would go 4 1/2 stars if the ratings came in half-stars as well.

These slippers do not fit me perfectly because they are men’s, not sized for women’s, but that does not stop me from buying them.
