Not the same as the original
Originally bought these over 20 years ago. Thought I’d treat myself to a new pair. Unfortunately, they did not work for me. The center front part of the footpads felt like they had a bubble in them. The edges were still solid, so they were not comfortable to stand or walk in.

These are great!
I've owned many pairs of Bean slippers in the past. This is my first pair in this style and I love them! Most comfortable and functional slippers I've ever worn.

Disappointed
I bought these in October 2024 and wore them into the winter of 2025. They were packed away for spring and summer of 2025 and then got them back out in the fall. For the very short time that they were actually worn, I’m super disappointed in the quality. The shearling on the inside is very sparse, and all the stitches are poking through around the edges of the footbed, which is very uncomfortable. For $150, I would expect them to last a lot longer than the 11 months that they did.

Quality deteriorating
These used to be my ho to slipper, unfortunately the last two pairs have holes worn through them and the pair I bought in 2016 is still holding. Don't waste your money on this item you will have to replace annually. Customer service does not do anything but note the complaint unless you can provide the exact date and time you purchased from a store. Not worth it there are other brands who still make a quality product, this isn't one of them.

Made in Myanmar: upper is not ALL suede
Just like many other brands, LL Bean is passing off a little strip of suede trim as "suede upper" when the bulk of the clog is actually synthetic microsuede. Don't be fooled. So disappointing. I thought I had found a replacement for that other brand, but again, what looks like suede in a picture is merely a "microsuede" synthetic fiber that is not as advertised.
