Quality deteriorating
These used to be my ho to slipper, unfortunately the last two pairs have holes worn through them and the pair I bought in 2016 is still holding. Don't waste your money on this item you will have to replace annually. Customer service does not do anything but note the complaint unless you can provide the exact date and time you purchased from a store. Not worth it there are other brands who still make a quality product, this isn't one of them.

Sadly, not like they used to be
I've been wearing this "wicked good clog" for years and years. Enough so that my daughter told me to buy a new pair. So I did. My replacement pair is nothing like my original ones. Stiff sole, lacking the same internal support. Guess what? I'm back to wearing my old ones.

What happened?
Used to wear these clogs exclusively for decades and then I switched to another brand. Thought I’d go back again and was so disappointed. They truly don’t make them like they used to. The fit was fine it was the shearling, thin, patchy and falling out. Why change such an iconic design?

Complete comfort
This shoe is soft on the entire foot - sole, sides, tops of feet - some of us have sensitive feet so these are great.

I won’t be buying again
The slippers just aren’t what they used to be. The quality and insole is lacking. The insole used to be very fluffy and took awhile to flatten. Now you wear them two weeks and they are flattened. These are not worth the price.

the photo shows white fleece which is the colour of my previous pair. These new ones have a mousy brown fleece colour? Please change the photo. This looks dirty and I would not have ordered it if I had known of the change. It would cost a lot to return so I may keep it but I am unhappy with this brown fleece

Disappointing
I have ordered these slippers in previous years but am so disappointed in the quality this time. Not nearly the quality as they have been. Are very cheaply constructed. Poor quality & very disheartening. Just sad that you can’t rely on a product from LLBEAN being quality anymore. 🙁

Love these
This is my second pair of these. I went through the toe in the first pair and love them so much that I actually thought of duct taping the hole. Oh, did I say that I bet I had them at least 10 years before my big toe peaked through. Needless to say the price increased but I love these, super comfortable and I do go outside when there is not snow to get my paper in them. Wearing them all the time and my feet are comfy and warm in my Minnesota winter house that I keep at 65 degrees.
