Our heaviest-weight flannel. Made of thick chamois fabric that's warmer than ordinary flannel, it's a shirt, light jacket and essential layer all in one.
When our founder, Leon Leonwood Bean, developed this shirt more than 90 years ago, durability was the goal. Then as now, the 100% cotton shirt is brushed for exceptional softness and warmth. Men’s Chamois Shirt
The shirt is exactly what my husband wanted! Large is the size he wears, and it fits perfectly! I also purchased it in Navy Blue, because that was the only other color they had that wasn’t plaid. He prefers solid colors! Got them for a great price!

Soft and Comfortable
Is soft and large. Not overly big but full size. I do wear men’s large and this size doesn’t disappoint. Being a winter shirt it’s large enough to layer underneath.

Nice, but doesn’t compare to the original.
I have a 20+ year-old bean chamois shirt that is now called the 1933, it’s outlasting this new model - which is really just a thicker version of the current flannel shirt
- that I bought two years ago.
