Overtime, neck loses shape
When new, I love the feel and fit of the turtleneck but after a few months of washings, the shape of the neck is stretched and looks terrible. I hang them to dry so it is not due to the heat of the dryer.

Great fit and super comfortable!
Love the way this fits and the fabric is soft and comfortable. I like the tighter neck on a turtleneck for both look and warmth—this is perfect, not baggy but not too tight.

T-necks in tall, w elastic collar and cuffs
Elastic collar and cuffs altho the cuffs are loose / should be smaller for the current size L. Otherwise I’m delighted to find t-necks in tall that I will still be able to tuck when I wear them next winter.

Disappointed
fit well. Did not like the feel of the material for winter weather. Was expecting more of a soft warm material as in the past. Too slick and cold.

This is a must buy!
Really enjoy wearing this white turtleneck. Have worn it several times-by itself and under other tops. It is very soft and fits my petite frame.

Always Shrink!
I really like these turtlenecks for the heavier weight and usually order some every other year just to freshen up or get a new color. I wear them in the winter months when it is cold in Virginia with a Cuddleduds sleeveless v-neck undershirt underneath, and I am cozy. The only problem - and I guess it is pretty significant - is that they shrink even when you dry on "low" as directed. I buy a "Large" to compensate, which helps, but they still end up shrinking in the length. So I guess I settle to get a thicker turtleneck. I've been meaning to write a review about this for a long time...I guess today is the day. Why doesn't LL Bean pre-shrink? This issue shouldn't happen at LL Bean prices, wouldn't you agree?

Hefty weight turtleneck
Good hefty weight turtleneck! Always makes me feel snug and warm in this below freezing weather that we’ve had for the last week or so in Kentucky. I’m starting to replace my turtlenecks as the ones that I got years ago were made shorter than what they’ve been making in the last few years. I like the longer links.

The best tees ever
These tee shirts are the best. Necklines are perfect for me, and I like the slightly heavier fabric. They go really well under vests.
I haven’t had any problems with shrinkage, pilling or discoloration. I would give them ten stars if I could!
