Turtleneck
The material is nice and heavy like my other pima shirts. However, I guess I need to get used to wearing a turtleneck because I tugged at the neck all day trying to loosen it up. I bought it to layer under flannel shirts and it looks good but the neck just feels small. I guess it’s a “me problem “.

Good, reliable turtleneck.
My standby turtleneck every winter. Well made. I find the dark colors, like black, have the better fitting neck. White or pastels always seem too loose. Also, they shrink a bit in length, so even though I’m 5’7” I always buy a tall medium. After washing and drying the arm length is perfect.

just right for chilly days
I have purchased many these turtlenecks of the years. I appreciate that they have knit cuffs, a feature that is lacking in many women's turtlenecks and long sleeve tees. The fit is great. The neck is snug, but not tight or uncomfortable. The colors that are offered change a bit from year to year and that gives me a reason to order another one.

The Best!
Beautiful color, great fabric (so soft!), sized just right....what's not to love? L. L. Bean is famous for all their clothing, justifiably so. It has been my experience that everything is well-made, reasonably priced for the quality and exactly as advertised. Follow the instructions carefully for laundering and whatever you buy will last you for YEARS! You absolutely cannot do better!
