Great shade of Red
It was described as 100% cotton. However it had lycra/spandex in the cuffs and turtleneck areas. Spandex itches my skin, so I sent it back. Very disappointing.

I have worn these turtlenecks for years. They hold up well and are perfect under sweaters and jackets. They can shrink some - all cotton. So size up.

Best turtleneck going
This turtleneck is the best, warmest, and longest lasting I've ever had. There is one improvement LLBean can make in these and that is color selection. These would be great in the new silver blue heather and pale rose heather colors! They'd also be great in a mint green heather and bright yellow heather! Purple heather would also be great! I'd get them in all these colors.
