You asked, we listened--our iconic mini Boat and Tote now comes in a handy zip-top style. It features everything you love about the Maine-made original, in a perfect size to hold the essentials when you're traveling light. New zip-top keeps everything in!
Since 1944, we've been making our iconic Boat and Tote in Maine. The same way. Our only way. First introduced as "Bean's Ice Carrier," it's proudly stitched by a dedicated team from high-quality American cotton canvas, with a reinforced canvas bottom and rugged overlapped seams. When it's finished, you'll be able to tell it's an L.L.Bean original by the signature "V-point" detail on both sides. We make your tote one at a time here in Brunswick, Maine. Then it's your turn to make it your own.
