Camp Mocs with Sturdy Soles!
Ensoled camp mocs are vital in the blistering heat of the California desert. Once cannot simply dash outdoors bare-foot. These house mocs then serve an essential purpose as secure summer slippers with firm soles for outdoors use when necessary. I’ve had several pairs over my many decades, though I do notice that in this iteration the leather is of lesser quality.

Small but aggravating problem
I like these shoes very much with one exception: How do I keep the shoes tied?? I seem to recall that several years ago you had instructions printed in a sales catalogue with a solution for this "problem". I also have a pair of your leather-lined moccasins -- my second pair purchased from you -- with the same problem. Any suggested fix will be appreciated.

Abnormally large fit.
Fit is very large! I have been buying shoes from LL Bean for many years, all the same size, and these shoes needed a sole insert immediately and are still overly large to the point that they buckle out mid foot every time I take a step. Afraid to exchange them since smaller width or length may be even worse.
