Great 3 season work shirt for Upstate NY
I use this on top of the unshrinkable long sleeve henley and a chamois shirt for warmth down to 20f while working outside. Incredibly breathable so no water accumulates like in polyester jackets, and it stays warm after I stop moving. Better yet, it isnt cold on my skin if I put it back on while its damp! I'm slimmer for 195, so you may want to order up if you're going to layer under this for the winter!
