versatile and comfortable jacket
My husband was looking for something that provided warmth without bulk--this fit the bill perfectly. The cut is roomy without being sloppy, and very much true to size. He somehow got a grease spot on it (from BBQ maybe?) and it washed like a dream. I expect the legendary LLBean quality and it was a good value for so fine a garment. thank you!

Good jacket
Great jacket! Very comfortable and light weight. Holds up to cold weather if layered correctly. Sizes do run small, I usually order a size up when ordering from L.L. Bean!

An outstanding product
One star knocked off because I don’t like branding on clothes, even though this is fairly subtle - my prejudice - and a couple of inches of the right wrist band were separated from the sleeve. Otherwise a terrific product. Very packable in its own pocket. Layered with a sweater and primaloft packaway vest, it kept me warm and dry during stiff winds and rain along the coast of Normandy in late October and early November with temperatures in the 40s. I expect it to be likewise comfortable in the 30s. Unzipped, it was comfortable indoors in museums, cafes and other buildings we toured. Excellent ease of movement and weighs almost nothing. Highly recommended for travelers.

Lightweight, warm and packable
Similar to another one I’ve had for years. Took a point off because I’d rather not have a hood. Otherwise a great jacket. Love that it is packable- very easy to pack; an improvement over other packable jackets I’ve purchased from LLBEAN.

Best three seasons jacket ever!
The best three seasons jacket ever. Bought this to wear in caves in Mammoth Cave National Park. Has become my standard jacket for all non formal occasions. It’s very lightweight and packs easily. Well worth the price. Like all LL Bean products I’ve had I know it will literally last a lifetime.
