Disappointed in craftmanship
My husband had a previous pair of these slippers for over 10 years, and the only reason we replaced them was because the sole literally wore through. I bought him a new pair in 2023 and the stitching between the sole and the upper started coming apart this past winter. I took them into a store, as it didn't seem like they should be falling apart this soon, but was told this is now what is considered "normal wear and tear" and there was nothing they could do. So a pair of slippers is expected to come apart at the stitching after being worn exclusively indoors only for the winter months after three years, when a previous pair lasted more than ten years. I was an LL Bean customer because I trusted their products to be well made, and for them to stand behind them. I won't be buying from LL Bean after this experience.

Love them
These are my third pair of these slippers, so obviously I'm a big fan of them. Just wish we had the olive green option to buy again, but either way they are super comfortable .
