Warm, light weight, comfortable
These pants are so comfortable and good looking. The light weight fleece lining is just enough for a cold day

Comfy, Warm (and yes, they shed)
Yes, they shed. But I cannot find a more comfortable, flattering and warm pair of pants in the entire internet (as of February 2026). I’ll take a bit of shedding (pills that stick to my undies) for the luxury of these pants.

Comfortable and good fit, sheds SO MUCH
The pants are comfy and good for snowy days, but the inside lining sheds CONSTANTLY. When I wear them, there are small black balls of fabric that actually fall out of the bottom of the pants. My legs are covered with them when I take them off. Even after multiple washes, I don't dare wear these anywhere but outside - if I wear them inside I have to vacuum afterwards. So while otherwise they're great pants, I don't really wear them - the constant shedding is such a hassle (and makes me question the overall quality).

Fabric pilling after one time wear
I am very disappointed in the quality of these pants. After wearing them for a few hours the inside fabric pilled laving large black pieces on my undergarments and legs. The pants did keep me warm and were very comfortable, but for the price and poor quality I do not recommend this product.

Can't believe this is ll bean
I have the summer version thought I would treat myself to the lined winter version. Forget it! First time worn and the lining is falling apart bit by bit! I left bits of lining as I walked around the house and at the grocery store. Maybe I have a one off bad item. Can't believe this was made and approved by llbean.

Comfy and warm, too much shedding
These pants are warm and very comfortable. But even after washing several times, it still sheds the black fleece lining! I have to vacuum after I wear it and after it comes out of the drier!
