This is a heavier fleece and seems to be more wind resistant than feather fleece. Not like a windproof fleece but noticeably warmer and a "fluffier" fleece. Downright cozy under a shell. This is my second mountain fleece.

Colorblock block fit
This was more exciting in the catalog than in real life. It seems to be warm, although we haven't hit snow season yet. I figured with it being fleece, it would feel bulky, but it feels very bulky and oddly cropped. I'm not even 5 ft tall and I'm constantly pulling it down because it feels like it its not long enough. In spite of it not meeting expectations, and I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had seen it in the store, I do tend to wear it a lot, even around the house.
