Nice color. Material stretches.
I wanted a pair of off white corduroys and these were on sale. Love the color and the material is comfortable. I usually wear a 28in waist, which is the size I purchased with 30in inseam. These fit pretty well, though the material does loosen after a whole day's wear and they end up baggier at the end of the day.
I'm 5'7 and the 30in inseam is slightly long, but looks nice with a cuff.

Nice cords
Good wale, heavy weight material. Fit was just right (32M for 5'11" 150), not baggy or too slim. Comfortable stretch waist. For all the caterwauling reviews about "plastic ties", ones on my order were shoelace material (cotton?) and just fine. Will order again in another color.

Comfortable Pants But Pockets Too Shallow
I tried a pair on at my local LL Bean store. Comfortable pants. When I put a wallet in the back pocket as a test, however, I found that the pocket isn't deep enough to contain a standard sized wallet. Nice target for a thief. The front pockets aren't very deep either. As for the draw strings, the pants don't need them. That said, it is an option for those who don't use a belt. I decided not to puchase based on the pocket depth issue.

Nice fit, but pocket shortage.
I was looking forward to these pants, and they fit and were very comfortable. But all the pockets are incredibly shallow. My wallet does not fit in the back pocket, and my phone (a normal size) doesn’t come close to fitting. This is a significant drawback.
