Great to be used as a fall weather jacket
This is a very nice looking and extremely comfortable cord shirt. I’m 6’/215lbs and I’m using this as a fall weather jacket, so the XL is a perfect size for that, providing extra room for layering underneath. If I were to use this as a more standard shirt worn over just a t-shirt or light button down, then the L would be the right option for that setup.

Not too heavy
Note this Rangeley shirt has square-cut tails. The description says "not too heavy." In an effort to be helpful, let me say it's certainly heavy enough: my small-Reg. chamois shirt, with its generous tails, weighs in at one pound; and this item is a pound and a quarter. I love the beefy wales, which are about eight per inch.
Here in Florida, I use this as a super-casual sport coat over a tee, if the A/C is too cold;
if it's really cold outdoors (40°F), I will wear it over a flannel shirt.

Beautiful color, very cozy and warm
This is a very nice shirt- high quality, beautiful color, very warm and cozy. I am a female and had ordered an XL because some of the reviews had noted that it runs small and I'm going to be using it as a jacket to wear over a hoodie. I am glad I did that- it is nice and big with plenty of room for layers underneath.
