I loved the look, but did not wash well
After 1st wash this pilled up and looked terrible. I stuck it out until I coiuldnt stand the way it looked anymore and now I’m on here looking for a new one

Love!
I love that this doesn't have a super plush inside. I didn't want something with fleece or Sherpa. This is very comfortable and warm enough for a Tennessee mountain winter!

Disappointing
My husband has only worn this robe a few times since March purchase. It looks so shabby! Fabric pills! This is the first time I have rated something from LL Bean poorly.

Poor quality
I have used this robe for about a month and it is covered with pilling. It now looks awful. Plus, the way the lapels are sewn onto the main body of the robe, the seams fold outward and are clearly visible on the front of the robe. I have always enjoyed and appreciated the quality of products from L.L.Bean, but this quilted robe is not up to the quality that I would expect, even from a cheap discount store. It’s truly awful. On the plus side, it’s comfortable. It just looks terrible, so I will look for another robe. I am very unhappy to have wasted my money on this.

Just right!
Usually when I purchase a robe for my husband, he will say it's either too heavy, or too thin, but this one Papa Bear says is just right! Mama Bear says it washes up well too.
