This is my second pair. Very nice, very comfortable. But, for a short person, I would prefer the legs not quite so wide.

Yes. Worth it.
Have to admit, I waited for these to go on sale as I was unsure of their fit or appropiateness for me; I'm old and was concerned that they'd look as though I saved some bell-bottoms from the 60s.
The fit is perfect. I wear large petite sizes and sometimes they tendto be baggy; not these.
