Not flattering
I haven’t washed or worn this yet. Maybe it will help. I ordered it by mail. It has an odd fit. It’s too full in the back, so it lays funny, plus it’s longer in the back, so again it lays funny. The collar also lays weird. Not flattering at all. Was going to send it back. Maybe I’ll just ware it around the house.

Donegal Funnelneck Sweatshirt
I really like the overall style, especially the neckline and boxy-fit which is much more comfortable than a traditional sweatshirt. This is my second Donegal sweatshirt. I already have the gray color and like it so much that I decided I’d also like one in navy blue.

A Bit Better than Basic
This is a little step up from your basic sweatshirt. You can wear it to a few more places than the gym. Love the wine/purple color. The medium fit me well—I’m 5’8 and about 135 lbs.

Almost Perfect
As somebody who finds standard turtlenecks/binding necklines extremely uncomfortable, the loose funnel neck is a perfect option. I was excited to see Bean's sweatshirt version and ordered the two neutrals (gray and sable). The gray just arrived and I'm quite happy. It's soft, relaxed, and easily coordinated. However, I do agree with the other reviewer that commented on the pliability. While I wouldn't describe it as "stiff," the fleece is very sturdy. While it's a boxy, easy fit, adding some stretch would make it more comfortable. Overall, it's very great shirt, but just a consideration for the next season (hope it's offered again!). For reference, I'm 5'5"/90# and ordered XS. Loose fit, but not oversized.
