Concept is Lovely, Function Not So Much
The cut and design are lovely. It's a classic cut. However, LL Bean keeps using the wrong fabrics and incorrect pattern grading. The neck is tight regardless of the size. The size is...awkward. I am normally a large and in the midsection it's tight and loose in the wrong places. I purchased another size up and the neck is still tight. The body fits a little less awkward. I wish they would work on their master patterns. This is turning into a recurring theme. Beautiful pictures. The sweater looks lovely. But the fabric is wrong and it's fitted in the wrong places. The designer has the right ideas, I wish they would just pick better fabrics and pay attention to the pattern grading/adjustments.

Love this top!
This is a soft and cozy top. Great material and well made. I love that LLBean carries most of their clothing in petite sizes. I ordered this in MP and it fits perfectly. Not tight with enough room for undershirt if needed for added warmth. I am always cold. Looking forward to wearing this soon. Well do nicely for casual or dressier wear. May have to get in another color.

Beautiful sweatshirt
This is a beautiful sweatshirt. It wears beautifully and gives an elevated casual look. It is also warm, comfortable, and functional. I got multiple compliments the first time I wore it. I’d buy one in every color if it wasn’t so expensive. :) However, it is definitely worth buying at least one!
