Crappy zipper
I bought this coat 14 months ago. Very warm, but now the zipper is totally broken - with the temp going to double digits below zero this week. No options for quick repair, partial refund, etc. Loyal customer is now super-disappointed!

No Zipper (or other) Issues
Amazing quality parka, beat expectations. Concerns many raise about the zipper in reviews is because of the length (perfect for comfort and protection from the elements) does not allow a "straight shot" for the tooth alignment without taking a minimal amount of care to do so, literally one or two seconds. Perfect winter wear!

Perfect Parka
I bought this coat for my wife. We sized up because she likes to layer. The coat is a hit and I am a hero. She loves the fit, color, material, pockets... just her style. It's also plenty warm and weather resistant. We looked at some of the higher priced artic parka cabdidates but felt they would limit wear to only the coldest days. We're in Virginia and have plenty of cold weather, but not like the upper midwest. Overall, completely happy with the coat.
