Very Disappointed
I purchased this jacket in November and, unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the overall quality—especially given the high price point. For an item at this cost, I expected near-perfect craftsmanship, but that has not been the case.
The jacket lacks sleeve cuffs, which significantly affects warmth and fit. After only the second wash, the zipper slider came off, making the jacket difficult to use. In addition, feathers constantly come out all over, which gives the jacket a worn and poorly made appearance far too soon.
Another concern is that the zipper and buttons do not display the brand name, which is unexpected for a premium item. There is also no inside pocket, a basic feature I would expect in an expensive jacket and one that is very practical for everyday use.
Overall, this jacket does not reflect the quality that should come with its price. With multiple design flaws and durability issues, it feels far below what was promised. I regret this purchase and am extremely disappointed, as an item at this cost should not have so many mistakes.

Wanted to love
I loved the length and look of this jacket. I did not like that there was no additional wamr cuff at the end of the sleeve, although they were long enough, there was no indoor zip pocket and the hood was thing and flimsy, did not add warmth on the back of my neck when it was down. I wish it had a warm collar in addition to the hood.

Just Right
I wanted a long coat for those dog walks in the frigid weather in western NY! The hood fits over a hat, which keeps my head nice and warm. There's still plenty of room inside for a wrap around scarf. Perfect!
