Warmest Down Jacket
PRO'S: Well-made, very warm + wind resistant down jacket with well placed pockets on sleeve + chest. I love it in black.
CON'S: Black down feathers show through on the two lighter color jackets + make jacket look dirty. (That's why I took off one star.) BUT, if you choose black, it is DEFINITELY a five star jacket, rated "WARMEST" on the site. I love mine in black.

Love this jacket so much!
I fell in love with this jacket at the store before I looked at the price tag then agonized for a month before purchasing it. I'm so glad I did! It's incredibly warm with down throughout including the hood (love this touch!). The fabric feels sturdy and of very high quality. I love that it's on the longer side (but not too long!). I agree the zipper can be tricky but once I figured out the need to align the two pieces, it's been problem free since. I ordered my usual size (MP) and can wear this jacket comfortably with a heavy wool sweater underneath.

The Zipper is a Problem
I bought this jacket a few weeks ago. The coat is warm, comfortable, a nice color. But the zipper is horrible. The zipper is on the left hand zipper track instead of the right that is common with most coats. There are two zippers, so you have to align them both up just right or it either jams up and gets stuck, or jumps off track. It is a royal pain, especially if you are in a hurry, want to just grab your coat and leave. It's a bad design because zipping up a coat is not meant to be rocket science.

Great fit and stretch, but zipper issue needs work
I really liked the fit and stretch in this jacket. Especially, when trying to buckle kids into car seats. However, the zipper is finicky and difficult to zipper correctly. It often gets stuck and it’s impossible to unzip. I took it to the ll bean store and the worker told me it was because of women’s curves… I thought this was super offensive. The jacket isn’t tight. Also, have slipped it off to try and unzip and still have issues.

Truly Windproof!
My daughter requested this coat for Christmas. She works at a very windy location and has been very happy with how warm the coat is keeping her even on the windiest days.

Very warm and comfortable
I bought this coat since winter at my college can be freezing due to the wind chill, it works wonderfully. I only wish my legs could be as warm as this coat keeps my chest!
