Nice looking warm jacket
I've gotten compliments on the appearance of the jacket. I like the length, which falls mid-thigh on me. The outer material appears durable and of good quality. The pockets are conveniently placed and have a nice soft lining for keeping your hands warm if you're not wearing gloves. I would have appreciated an inside chest pocket, e.g. for holding my phone, but I can do without it. As the description says, it's not the very warmest in terms of insulation, but it does fine for me in 20-degree weather with a couple of layers underneath.

Too small and short, doesn’t feel good
Too small and short for a 3xlt.
But biggest issue is that the fabric doesn’t feel very good. It’s too raspy, specially in the pockets.

amazing overall, pocket closure can be improved
Great style: mix of casual and rugged -- perfect everyday jacket, especually if you dont like the skier or hiker look. Not too puffy, but still warm. Great wind and water resistance. Great fit, great weight, great structure. Great length: covers the abdoment and not more: makes it easy to sit, walk, and move fast if needed. Hood is awesome. Pockets location and size are great. Insulation and fabric feel facing the palms in pockets is great. Slightly itchy fabcric facing the back of hands in the pockets is well... slightly itchy (This appears to become less itchy with time.) The snap closure on pockets is not ideal -- hard to close since there is no where to grip the female snap. You have to awkwardly squeeze the pocket fabric near the female snap, or try to push hard from the male end and poke your ribs. (Something like the advertised easier snap connection on the Men's Bean's Insulated Utility Jacket would be awesome.) The pockets also have a separate second zipper opening, but for me this was not ideal as well -- placing a typical size phone in the zip opening made it sag and feel loose and also almost felt that the item will rip the lining and fall out. The inside pocket is on the right side... I guess left handed people will like that. All that considered the positives way outweight the poket issues. And the pockets are super great as hand warmers. A 5 star amazing item, but would love to purchase a similar version with improved pocket closures in the future.
