Rated 5 de 5 de par I did end up sending this back, but it’s not because the quality was bad or I didn’t like it. I just didn’t fit my needs, still an excellent product!

Rated 2 de 5 de par Shoulder strap failed during the first trip I like the size and design of this backpack, but I was disappointed with the construction quality. I purchased it in late July and used it for the first time on a trip to Switzerland in August. On about the 5th day of that trip, the stitching at the top of one shoulder strap came apart and the strap separated from the backpack. I like the bag enough that I decided to repair the strap myself on the train ride and keep using it rather than return it. However, I don't think a load-bearing shoulder strap attachment should fail after such limited use. I hope L.L.Bean will review the stitching or reinforcement at this attachment point. I have included photos showing the failure and my repair.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Broke in less than 2 weeks I love this backpack but after a week of use, the shoulder strap is disconnecting from the pack. I expected a much higher quality than that. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this backpack. I have to return it.
