Good quality, but
Good quality material, I like how it looks on me, but the neck opening is really small, but looks fine once I pull it over my head. I just have to remember to do my hair and make up AFTER I put this on, other wise the tightness will wipe off and undo everything.

Sleeves too long
I so wanted to love this sweater. After reading the reviews I ordered a small. Everything fit except the too long sleeves. They came over my hands and fingertips. The decorative neck and waist was very attractive. The length of the small hit me about hip level so that worked. However, I returned the sweater because there is nothing I can do to make the sleeve length work.
