This high-visibility jacket is designed for cold-weather hiking, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing. Lightweight ColdShield™ insulation in the hi-vis chest panel provides reliable warmth over the torso where you need it most. Softshell main body fabric features a durable exterior, a membrane for wind protection and a cozy fleece backer.
- Main shell fabric is 100% polyester.
- Hi-vis chest panel is 100% recycled polyester plain weave.
- 100 grams of Coldshield insulation in front chest panel provides extra warmth.
- Machine wash and dry.
- Durable wind-, water- and abrasion-resistant polyester shell has a fleece backer that resists both rain and wind. Features a bit of stretch for extra comfort.
- Built-in stretch for full range of motion.
- Hi-vis chest section is made from bluesign®-approved recycled polyester plain weave that helps offset impact to the environment. Coldshield insulation adds extra warmth.

Quite the cold weather jacket!
I'd been eyeing this for months, and finally stopped by a store to try it on the other day. I had a couple concerns:
* Fit: I found the Small to be a little snug in the armpits, but the Medium was a little bulkier than I like my running jackets. I ended up getting the Small, and after this morning's run, I'm definitely confident in my purchase; there's plenty of stretch in the fabric and the fit didn't bother me at all. The sleeves were certainly the correct length (I take a 32/33 on dress shirt).
* Warmth: this is absolutely a COLD weather jacket! This morning's run was dreary and raw, but in the upper 30's. I stayed warm no problem, and even had to unzip the jacket towards the end. I took off my gloves as well, so the thumb holes were quite useful. I can't wait to use it again, but it'll be mostly when it's below freezing.

2. Inner cuffs with thumb holes
3. Feels warmer than it looks..
The hood just needs cords to tie it down....holds up to wind really well..m.😎

Why isn't Hi Vis on the back?
Perfect fit and function. I'm a winter runner!
But bright Hi Vis coloring is only on the front of the jacket. I can see and avoid cars approaching from the front. But I need the xtra visibility to be seen from the rear, because I'm not as aware. Strange design shortcoming in my opinion.

Great for fat biking in Maine
Excellent for endurance sports in cold temps. I bought this for fat biking in the winter. With a thermal base layer, this jacket is great for high effort endurance sports in super cold temps. It breaths well to stay dry and keeps your core warm. If you back country ski or fat bike or snow shoe, this jacket is for you.

Great for cold Wisconsin days
This has exceeded my expectations! I have used it xc skiing and running in subzero and single digit weather. It has been perfect. I just unzip a bit to prevent overheating. I would prefer it to be a bit more “snug”, but I am nit picking there. I love it. A great gift from my wife!
