Broad Shoulders, did not align with body
Looked like the appearance of shoulder pads. I got my usual size PS, and it was still too bulky and the shoulders were too large/stiff, giving off a robot costume appearance.

Did not like the stiff collar.
Very well made, but the collar does not fold down and rubbed against my face too much. I returned it.

Much bigger than similar snapped style
Had purchased a similar style with snaps and loved it. This, in the same style was huge. They cheerfully refunded my money at the store, though.

Beautiful, but odd cut.
Love the color, details on this top, but the hemline is cut so wide that it flares. Looks a bit strange on my slim daughter. Will it be warm enough, or will it be drafty?

I have bought four of these over the past two years, always medium regular. Got two of these today in different colors. Both too big. What is going on with Bean's sizing?
Are these being made by a new manufacturer this year?

Warm, attractive, and flattering.
This was a gift for a Mainer who just wanted something warm to wear in her home and at her volunteer work in food bank warehouse. She loves it. She said the back is longer and provides that bit of extra coverage in the back without being unattractively too long in the front (aka dumpy). It’s warm, it’s an attractive color that looks even better on. It’s shapely on her as well.
