Almost... Not quite.
I'm 5'9", 220lbs and ordered an XL regular. I have a flannel shirt and a winter coat from here in that size that fit just right. With this quarter zip, it's too big. And the quarter zip doesn't go low enough, it's more like a 1/5 zip. And the side zip pocket is too small for anything except a chapstick. Disappointed...
