Pockets fall apart
This backpack was used by my granddaughter for school, and did not hold up well. The pockets fell apart too easily, and make the pack look worn and ratty.

Good backpack.
We like the backpack. The size is perfect for my 1st grader. We love all the pockets. I wish the top carry handle had padding. It does not feel very high quality.
