Mostly good, but must have broad shoulders to work
The backpack quality, color, storage, utility are all great! The only problem I have, which is a deal breaker, is the fit. I find the straps very wide set and they are constantly slipping off my 8 year olds shoulders. This could be easily remedied with the chest clip.

Looks great, holds up well
This will be our daughter’s fourth year using her Explorer backpack and it’s still holding up strong. The pink is a little less vibrant after repeated washings, but there are zero rips or tears and it still looks great. I really like that there are two larger pockets available to organize her school items. It’s nice to have a separate place for shoes or clothes.
We like this backpack so much that we’re purchasing the same style for our younger child this year. Definitely a great investment.
