Didn’t last a whole school year
The top handle broke within a few months of my son using this for school. Looks like this is an issue with this particular backpack.

Poor Quality at a Premium Price
Both zippers broke over the course of 2 years. This is not a backpack for kids. Not durable at all. Save your hard earned money. I knew the lifetime warranty for Bean backpacks ended in 2017 but I read that in certain cases they would do an exchange. That is not the case. I was met with "when did you buy it? Sorry can't help you no exceptions". I spent 40% less on a backpack from a Bean competitor that has lasted 10 years plus and gets used way harder. This product is a hard pass.
