Great sneakers!
The day after I received these (after wearing in house first) I went on a three mile walk. Very comfortable, and soft. No break in required. The laces did come undone, I'm hoping it won't do that every time. Have not tested waterproofing yet. I wear size 9 and ordered a 9. They fit good with nice wide toe box. Lots of wiggle room when walking.

LOVE THESE!
Just walked through 2 rainstorms and one sleet storm...these kept my feet warm and dry. Great wide toebox, although order a half size down unless you plan to wear heavy socks. Wish there was another color, as I am ordering another pair for spring (half size smaller) because I know I will wear these out!

Satisfactory, but could be improved
Shoes look great. Toe box is roomy, and sides don't hit my ankle bones. Heel is too wide so had to add an insert to keep them from slipping. Laces are hard to keep tied, even when double knotted.
