Cozy, warm and comfortable. But too big for me. I checked the ratings and people said it was true to size, but perhaps a medium does not mean the same now that it meant 7 years ago, which is the last time I bought a sweater from L.L. Bean. I’m still keeping it because it is so comfy, and because L.L. Bean has sold out of every size. Advice—If you want a nice sweater from L.L. Bean, buy it before Thanksgiving, they sell out very quickly.

This is exactly what I expected and wanted. It quickly became my go to cardigan this Fall. It has a loose fit that is great for layering. The material is not super soft, but that is expected for wool. This is not an issue for me as it is a second layer.
