Warmth!

Not so good.
It is way oversized. I’m returning it, probably won’t size down because the shoulders are so huge, it is sloppy looking. I am bummed because it is my absolute favorite color and the fabric is incredibly soft. If it fit and looked good…

Almost right!
I really wanted an all-purpose off-white sweater. This one looked great, but I’ve had a couple of issues. First, it is itchy! So it only works with turtlenecks and the like. Second, it runs very large. I ordered a smaller size, which still feels oversized. Overall, though, a nice looking sweater and good quality.

Soft and Warm
So please to have a sweater that is true Brown! One of my favoirte colors.
The sweater is soft and warm.
It does have some pilling.... and the sweater gets a bit baggy after a few wearings.
Other than that I like it.

I love this sweater--quality like the old days
I bought this several months ago, and it is very soft, very warm. Some years ago I bought the revised version of this in indigo marl, but the yarns were a higher proportion of synthetic to wool, with no alpaca, and a looser knit. This 1912 heritage blend is much superior, and worth every penny. It only lacks pockets (a big lack, alas). I bought XL because I wear a lot of layers in winter.

Good attempt
Wonderful, nice weight almost as good as the old LLBean wool cardigans of 60+ years ago. The yarn on the gold color doesn’t seem to be as tightly spun as the blue. I did order the petite and was happy the sleeves were not too long, just right. Length was not too short. I generally order regular but lately the fad seems to be longer sleeves.
