Not true to size
Even though it's a medium it fits like a large. I missed returning it because I took the tags off and wore it. The fabric is great, soft and cuddly.

This is a very versatile shirt. You can wear it alone, with a turtleneck underneath or tie it up and wear a short version. I got it to wear with jeans, my all time favorite thing to wear. But it would look super good with black or khaki pants, too. I’m so glad I got it.

This is a really nice looking shirt, a little different from typical flannel shirts. i live in a usually-warm part of the country so the lightweight fabric is perfect. The popover style does run a little big. I usually wear size small and i had to exchange this for extra small, but now i know i will enjoy wearing it.

Whisperweight is right
I love the fit of this shirt, however, it is not the weight I think of as flannel. It adds no warmth at all, so you will definitely still need a jacket if going outside. I buy flannel tops to avoid needing a jacket unless it's below 40 degrees. This top is just a cotton top. Nice, and good fit, but completely lacking that cozy feel of flannel.
