Runs BIG, very lightweight for flannel
After reading reviews and then obtaining the actual garment dimensions in a chat (LLB, it would be VERY helpful to include a link to garment dimensions on the page or size chart page as some competitors do), I sized down a size from the size I usually order and I'm glad I did. For reference I am between sizes on the size chart (about 42.5" bust, narrow shoulders), but this shirt runs larger than my other LLB tops. The shirt is still roomy after a wash and dry on low temps. My usual size would have been like a tent. I deducted a star for the inaccurate sizing but not for the very lightweight flannel, as it is described as very lightweight. I like the dark black plaid with the mostly brown accents. (It goes well with the Signature dog cardigan, btw.) The pattern is perfectly matched on both front pockets so you can't even tell they are there. I wish the cuffs had an extra button to adjust the cuff size smaller, like my Scotch flannel ones, but that's okay. ....... Unless you want an oversized fit I suggest obtaining the actual garment dimensions in a chat. If I recall correctly, the XL Petite shirt (my usual LLB size) was 50.5" in the chest! I rated the Fit on my usual XL Petite size, but I sized down to a L which fits better.

Paid a lot, now shirt discounted.
The fabric is thinner than I expected and the price was a bit high. Now I'm getting pop-up ads from LLBean of the exact same shirt at huge discounts from what I paid.

Soft and warm, but the fit was off.
When winter sets in up here in Wisconsin, we keep warm by layering tops, like sweaters and flannels over tees. I had gotten a lot of flannels for my husband from LLBean over the years, so I wanted to try them myself. This shirt was a bit large, but otherwise seemed to fit all right, so I took off the labels and laundered it. But when it came time to wear it for the first time, the fit was weird, sort of tight in the shoulders, yet boxy, and the sleeves were too short, even though I air dried it. I'm keeping it, but I'm disappointed. The men's flannels fit differently, but I'll find a use for it or eventually donate it. The blue plaid was nice, though.
